Okay, so of course her pictures turned out adorable!
Our news?
We found a house that we love, in a great neighborhood and we won the live bid on Wednesday night. We only started looking at houses last Saturday. Ya, we move fast. This Saturday we will know for sure if they accept. It wasn't bank owned or a short sale. Just something new some owners are doing so they can get out quickly and get a lot of traffic through their home. It was scary and awesome! If they accept it on Saturday we would be moving at the end of March, but slowly because we will still have a lease on this current house until the end of April. We are sad to leave an AWESOME neighborhood but excited to finally own our first home. We are going to keep our fingers crossed (not hold our breath because that would be life threatening) until Saturday and we'll keep you posted!
(I will still be doing music class and our musical icecreamical in the middle of May in case some of you are wondering)

How exciting...didn't know you were even looking. Where is it? And yes, Ruby is adorable...I wouldn't expect anything less! The kids kept saying over the past few days that Ruby is James' girlfriend!

I can't believe Ruby cooperated with a one year old photo shoot. That never happens. She is beee yooo teee full. Congrats on the house. I hope it all works out.
