We hope you are all doing well this Christmas season! Here is our
Ruby (11 months)
Our most favorite person in the neighborhood. Loves water, pretzels and yogurt chips. Weaned herself from sucking her fingers. Happy with this. Her mommy is not so happy with this. Darn stuffy nose. Wants to be a baby forever. Really really wants more hair. Recipient of infinity and beyond hugs and kisses. The cutest baby girl in the whole wide world. Growing her teeth at the same rate her big brother is losing his. Loves her doll and toothbrush.
Luke (3.75 years)
The king of messes…errr…I mean creations. Very creative. Too creative. Wonders aloud why Jesus didn’t make him with purple hair. Because that would be cool. Likes to lay upside down on the couch and pretend he is walking on the wall and ceiling. Most of his grand ideas come in this position. “What if we had infinity and beyond babies? Then they would grow up to be kids and we would have lots of kids to play with!” “Mommy, when you were a baby you were in daddy’s tummy.” Hmmmmm……
Isaac (5.85 years)
Speaks his mind. Recently discovers that he just LOVES work. This comes after raking leaves and jumping into the piles all afternoon. Awesome big brother to little sister and working on being an awesome big brother to little brother. Absolutely loves school and is a super duper smarty pants. Is okay with growing up now. But only if he can be a policeman. And have a gun. And Live next door to mommy and daddy. Still loves to drink rootbeard.
Kyle
The head of household. Working like a dog. Waking up before the squirrels--Going to bed entirely too late. Very thankful to actually be making money for the hard work now. In a battle with Emily to see if Ruby is going to be a Daddy’s girl. Still big enough and young enough to not get injured when wrestling with the boys – not sure how much longer that will last.
Emily
Still the neck of the head of household. Trying to keep up with the dogJ. Wishing she could sleep in until 10 every morning. Going to be way too late. Very thankful for Kyle’s job. Praying for more patience while chasing her 3 rugrats around everyday…and loving almost every minute of it. Loves spending an hour a week with a couple dozen kids from the neighborhood singing their hearts out. Loves when she realizes she doesn’t own 24 children. Wonders if she will own her own home someday.
The Widdison Family as a whole is very happy. Very blessed. Very thankful. And Very tired…or maybe just the head and neck of the household. We love (most of you) Very much, miss you, and in keeping with the very theme, want to wish you a Very Merry Christmas!
Love, The Widdison Family
(once again we couldn't decide on a card--so we went with two)
P.S. We are headed to AZ for a flip-flop Christmas. For those of you in the cold this Holiday Season--we hope you enjoy the snow:)
And now a few more family pictures...we had an awesome photographer!:) We really just needed a family picture for our Christmas card but my friend snapped quite a few more!

Love the Christmas letter, absolutely love the pictures. Oh Emily, I'm so glad you have such a sweet family. You are living the dream - even when there are occasional nightmares.

Ruby always has the cutest bows and headbands. I have a bald baby, so I need some tips on where to find the cute stuff.
